CinePic is an AI-powered image-to-video generation app provided by us ("CinePic," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Please read this policy carefully before using CinePic.
CinePic is not designed for minors, and we strongly advise against use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please do not use our Service.

We collect and use your personal information only when we have a lawful basis, including your consent, necessity for contract performance, or compliance with legal obligations.
When you register and use CinePic, you are required to provide your email address for login and identity verification. We will send a verification code to your email to confirm your identity.
When you use CinePic's core AI video generation feature, we collect the following information:
Images you upload: Still images you actively select and upload to the app for AI model video generation.
Text prompts you provide: Text descriptions you provide regarding the desired motion for your video.
Generated content: Video content produced by the system based on your image and description.
Special Notice Regarding Facial Information:
We only process facial information when you actively upload images containing faces or portraits.
Facial information processing is strictly limited to enabling the image-to-video functionality, i.e., analyzing facial feature points to achieve natural facial motion effects.
We do not use facial information for identity recognition, verification, or any other purposes.
We do not use any images or facial data you upload to train our AI models.
We do not sell or share your facial information with any third party.
To provide you with continuous and consistent service, we record the history of videos you generate using CinePic. You can view and manage your generation history within the app.
Data Retention Period: Unless you actively delete your data, your data will be retained in our system for no more than 30 days. After 30 days, your historical data and uploaded materials will be automatically cleared.
To improve product experience and conduct operational analysis, we integrate the following SDKs:
Firebase: Used for application performance monitoring, crash analysis, and user behavior statistics.
Singular: Used for attribution analysis to help us understand the effectiveness of user acquisition channels.
CDN Service: Used for content delivery acceleration to enhance your user experience.
These SDKs may collect device information (such as device model, operating system version), app usage data, and anonymous identifiers. This information is used solely for internal analysis and operational optimization and will not be used for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
On iOS devices, CinePic requests tracking permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may choose to "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track":
Selecting "Allow": We will be able to access the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for attribution analysis and advertising effectiveness measurement.
Selecting "Ask App Not to Track": We will not be able to access the IDFA and will not perform cross-app tracking.
You may change your ATT authorization status at any time in your iOS device's "Settings."
CinePic may offer in-app purchase items or auto-renewable subscriptions. When you make a purchase, the Apple App Store processes your payment information. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Purchase records and subscription status may be used to verify your membership benefits.
To ensure the safety and stability of our service, we collect necessary log information, including device information, IP address, access time, etc., for troubleshooting, security protection, and fraud detection.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing:
Generated content and uploaded materials: Retained for no more than 30 days, or until you actively delete them.
Exceptions may apply if required by law or necessary to protect your or other users' lawful rights.
Your data is stored on our servers. We use our self-built AI models for video generation processing and do not rely on any third-party AI service providers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including transport layer encryption (TLS), data storage encryption, access control, and other technical measures to prevent data loss, leakage, tampering, or unauthorized access.
While we take reasonable security measures, please understand that no security measure can be 100% foolproof.
We do not sell or trade your personal information with any third party. We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
Attribution and Analytics Services: Sharing anonymous device information and usage data with Firebase and Singular for product optimization and channel analysis.
Content Delivery Network (CDN): Sharing content data with CDN service providers to accelerate video content delivery and loading.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose necessary information when required by law or when lawfully requested by government authorities.
We do not publicly disclose your personal information unless:
We obtain your explicit consent; or
Required by applicable laws and regulations.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
You can view your account information and generation history within the app.
You can find the deletion feature in Settings within the app to delete your generation records and uploaded materials. After deletion, we will no longer retain the relevant data.
If you wish to delete your CinePic account, you may do so through either of the following methods:
Find the "Delete Account" feature in Settings within the app and follow the instructions; or
Send a deletion request to us through the contact information in Section 8 of this policy, and we will process it within a reasonable timeframe.
After account deletion, we will delete your personal information in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise required by law.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
CinePic is not designed for minors, and we strongly advise against use by individuals under the age of 18.
If you are a minor (under 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please do not register or use CinePic. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete such data as soon as possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with the updated date. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or pop-ups.

Self-Built Models: CinePic uses our self-built AI models for video generation and does not rely on any third-party AI services. Your data will not be used to train other companies' models.
About Subscriber ID: If you subscribe to CinePic's paid services, the Apple App Store will generate a Subscriber ID to help us understand subscription performance. If you cancel all subscriptions and do not resubscribe within 180 days, this ID will be deleted.
